What You'll Do8
- 1Welcome customers and assess their eyewear needs based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
- 2Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, providing lens training as permitted by state law.
- 3Educate customers on proper eyewear and contact lens care.
- 4Maintain accurate customer and patient records in the system.
- 5Communicate order status to customers and handle incoming phone calls.
- 6Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
- 7Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
- 8Assist with other duties as needed to ensure store success.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of retail or customer service experience.
- 2Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
- 3Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
- 4High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5Ability to work part-time, including weekends and some holidays.
- 6Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 7Basic computer proficiency for record keeping.
