What You'll Do19
- 1Create an Exceptional Customer Experience
- 2Deliver warm confident personalized service at every stage of the visit
- 3Guide customers through eyewear selection final fitting and product education
- 4Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience
- 5Support Clinical and In Store Flow
- 6Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support optometrists
- 7Help ensure smooth transitions between exam finish and pickup
- 8Serve as a calm knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journey
- 9Own Finish and Quality Excellence
- 10Perform finishing work including final adjustments inspections and quality checks
- 11Ensure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit function and presentation
- 12Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished brand aligned handoff
- 13Operate with Precision and Care
- 14Support order entry tracking and timely completion
- 15Maintain organized clean and efficient finish and retail areas
- 16Identify and resolve quality or service issues proactively
- 17Bring the Brand to Life Model Eyeglass World service standards tone and behaviors in every interaction
- 18Uphold visual experiential and operational brand standards in the store
- 19Partner with the store team to deliver a consistent and elevated experience
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Work Experience 1+ year experience in optical retail sales or customer service required
- 3Strong multitasking time management and organizational skills required
- 4Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively required
- 5Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction required
- 6Support store team in shared goals required
- 7Bilingual abilities preferred
