You pair advanced optical technology with a personal touch, guiding customers through frame selection, lens options, and precise measurements. Your team includes opticians, managers, and support staff who rely on your sales skill and product knowledge. This role builds your retail expertise while you deliver on sales goals and foster lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive sales plan by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones
- 2Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions
- 3Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with optical measurements
- 4Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed
- 5Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and management
- 6Maintain clean, attractive, and organized displays and inventory
- 7Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy in point of sale systems
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ years experience in retail or customer service
- 3Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
- 4Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for results
- 5Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- 6Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment
