What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every patient with a warm welcome and show urgency in addressing their needs.
- 2Explore patient needs and priorities, linking them to practice offerings including eye exams.
- 3Demonstrate superior product knowledge, describing features and benefits with precision.
- 4Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses with exactness.
- 5Operate the point-of-sale system, entering patient data accurately.
- 6Create and tender sales transactions, following operational standards.
- 7Celebrate and educate at product pick-up, ensuring satisfaction.
- 8Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- 9Secure company assets and report safety concerns to management.
Requirements8
- 1High School graduate or equivalent.
