Overview
You own the customer journey from referral to signed agreement at Acima Leasing, a national retail leader with 1,000+ locations. You convert referred customers by educating them on rental options and benefits, ensuring every transaction is accurate and complete. Your work directly impacts store operations and team success. What You'll Do6
- 1Convert referred customers by explaining rental terms, price options, and features to secure signed agreements.
- 2Complete all paperwork accurately to ensure on-time merchandise delivery and payment processing.
- 3Build strong relationships with team members to improve store operations and streamline workflows.
- 4Network and gain referrals by educating staff on the rental process and benefits.
- 5Monitor account records and contact customers with expired accounts to bring them up to date.
- 6Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
