Overview
Lead a retail partner store to maximize revenue and profits while enhancing customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager oversees all store activities and ensures efficient operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis
- 2Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel Acima store coworkers
- 3Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals
- 4Train, supervise, and assess coworkers’ dedication to exceptional customer service
- 5Utilize discretion and judgment in day-to-day management duties
- 6Enhance coworkers’ sales and account management skills through ongoing training
- 7Promptly address and resolve coworker and customer issues
- 8Cultivate a positive work environment to improve coworker retention
- 9Recruit, interview, and hire coworkers for the store
- 10Establish and track daily and weekly sales objectives
- 11Facilitate the conversion of rental and lease agreements with customers
Requirements5
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Proven track record of success in retail sales management
- 4Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Insight
$42 - $50k per year
