What You'll Do11
- 1Manage booked business and key accounts
- 2Develop strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers
- 3Support Account Directors on all aspects of deal management
- 4Prepare all order letters in order to enter deals into the respective systems
- 5Send out traffic instructions and track down tapes
- 6Maintain outlists and cut-off times for their respective Account Directors
- 7Send flowcharts and log times to agencies
- 8Resolve discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiate makegoods
- 9Enter sales plans into WideOrbit
- 10Process allocations flighting and move requests
- 11Own daily operational tasks for assigned territories
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree
- 20-2 years relevant experience
- 3Previous position in sales environment or internship experience a plus
- 4Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Strong written oral and communication skills
