What You'll Do10

- 2Deliver patient trays answer phones and greet visitors
- 3Intervene to prevent self harm and seek help for escalations
- 4Document patient status accurately
- 5Promote positive patient interactions and advocate for family centered care
- 6Maintain clear communication among patients physicians and colleagues
- 7Participate in healthcare team meetings and contribute to quality care
- 8Assist department staff students and volunteers with orientation
- 9Ensure direct line of sight with patients during procedures
- 10Perform fall prevention protocols and conduct regular room assessments
Requirements6
- 1High School Graduate or equivalent required
- 21+ clinical experience in healthcare setting preferred
- 3Basic Life Support CPR certification required
- 4Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 5Valid driver's license
- 6Previous experience with patient interaction in healthcare environment
