What You'll Do11

  • 1Champion Safety Culture: Prepare and enforce health and safety policies that build a safe proactive jobsite environment.
  • 2Lead Safety Programs: Design and implement safety programs plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
  • 3Monitor & Report: Track safety compliance document findings and communicate updates.
  • 4Identify & Solve Hazards: Spot risks early recommend solutions and ensure preventive measures are put in place.
  • 5Drive Engagement: Lead toolbox talks safety meetings and training sessions to keep teams engaged and aligned.
  • 6Stay Present & Involved: Maintain regular on-site presence participate in project meetings and provide proactive safety guidance.
  • 7Ensure Compliance: Verify that all work follows approved manuals internal procedures and contract requirements.
  • 8Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate logs of inspections reports and safety correspondence.
  • 9Oversee Site Activity: Supervise subcontractors and contractors to ensure work meets EHS requirements.
  • 10Investigate & Improve: Conduct investigations for accidents incidents and near misses follow through on corrective actions.
  • 11Enforce Standards: Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures at all times.

Requirements9

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 210+ years of hands-on construction safety experience
  • 3Valid MWAA CSM Certification required
  • 4Valid BSCP Certification preferred
  • 5Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines regulations and safety programs
  • 6Ability to produce clear reports develop procedures and implement effective safety solutions
  • 7Excellent hazard recognition data analysis and risk assessment skills
  • 8Strong organizational leadership and communication abilities
  • 9Professional presence on-site and ability to lead teams through incidents or emergencies with composure
