What You'll Do16
- 1Monitor progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs taking corrective action as necessary
- 2Plan and assign work for team members identify teach and develop future leaders and broader safety members
- 3Coach and manage HSE professionals to build capability strengthen talent pipelines and address performance issues
- 4Align corporate safety strategy with field execution across construction and operational sites
- 5Assess training needs and develop targeted programs for teams and project sites
- 6Facilitate communication between corporate EHS leadership field teams and frontline stakeholders to ensure consistent program implementation
- 7Promote accountability across business and field leadership serve as liaison with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all phases of the data center lifecycle
- 8Contribute to cross-company initiatives related to safety including resiliency business continuity ESG and workforce engagement
- 9Provide proactive strategic safety insights to senior leadership on emerging risks and incident trends
- 10Participate in pre-construction meetings and develop site-specific safety plans
- 11Maintain expertise in company HSE standards programs and goals champion HSE standards across projects foster safe productive environment
- 12Partner with EHS training teams as subject matter expert to ensure technical and regulatory competency
- 13Support additional EHS initiatives as assigned
- 14Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders
- 15Serve as strategic contributor to the Health & Safety Program team driving innovation and direction
- 16Collaborate with global HSE and governance teams to develop proactive risk-reduction strategies

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams and managing large-scale projects
- 311 years relevant experience and SMS certification
- 44-year related degree and 8 years related experience
- 5Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites
- 6Travel up to 25 % as needed
- 7Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
- 8Proven ability to coach develop manage and de-escalate difficult conversations
- 9Strong talent pipeline development and future leader coaching capabilities
