What You'll Do8
- 1Change sheets, towels, and restock toilet supplies in guest rooms.
- 2Vacuum, dust, clean, and rearrange rooms after guest checkout.
- 3Maintain all rooms per IHM and brand quality standards.
- 4Report damages, deficits, or disturbances to supervisors.
- 5Anticipate and solve guest needs proactively during your shift.
- 6Handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining service quality.
- 7Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- 8Adapt to variable work hours based on occupancy and season.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- 2Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- 3Capability to lift 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds frequently.
- 4Strong initiative and a desire to achieve high standards.
- 5Effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- 6Willingness to work a variable schedule based on hotel occupancy.
- 7Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
