What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and support a high performing housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards
- 2Train coach and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- 3Oversee daily operations including scheduling staffing and payroll
- 4Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back of house spaces to ensure quality safety and attention to detail
- 5Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and enhance their stay
- 6Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies linens and equipment are always on hand
- 7Champion health safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements7
- 12+ years of housekeeping management in hospitality
- 2Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Exceptional organization time management and problem solving abilities
- 4Knowledge of cleaning processes chemicals and safety procedures
- 5Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varying shifts as needed
- 6High school diploma or equivalent with hospitality related education a plus
- 7Experience with budgeting and payroll preferred
Salary Insight
$50 - $55k per year
