We seek a dependable experienced housekeeping supervisor to lead and support housekeeping team maintaining clean welcoming guest rooms and public areas. Ideal candidate detail-oriented service-focused capable managing day-to-day housekeeping operations. Bilingual English Spanish preferred.
What You'll Do10
- 1Inspect guest rooms public spaces back-of-house ensuring cleanliness and brand standards
- 2Lead daily housekeeping operations conduct team shift meetings
- 3Supervise train assist housekeeping staff as needed
- 4Maintain equipment vacuums carts laundry machines functional
- 5Track supplies inventory guest loaned items such cribs rollaway beds
- 6Communicate with maintenance front desk teams for efficient operations
- 7Maintain accurate records checklists inventory logs training sheets
- 8Monitor safety sanitation compliance enforce control guest privacy policies
- 9Provide excellent customer service assist with issues professionally
- 10Perform additional duties assigned by general manager
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 24+ years hotel housekeeping experience required
- 32+ years IHG hotel experience preferred
- 4IHG training certifications preferred
- 5Strong organizational leadership communication skills
- 6Basic computer skills reports inventory checklists
- 7Ability stand walk perform physical tasks long periods
- 8Bilingual English Spanish preferred
