The Executive Housekeeper oversees all back of house operations ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves leading the housekeeping team and managing inventory.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain housekeeping boards in the morning
- 2Inspect rooms for cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
- 3Hire new employees for Back of House
- 4Train employees on hotel cleaning standards
- 5Keep hotel stocked with supplies and maintain inventory lists
- 6Ensure employees have uniforms and wear them daily
- 7Maintain labor standards given by the GM
- 8Address guest concerns and ensure quality scores
- 9Change bed linen and make beds
- 10Remove/Restock used towels
- 11Vacuum carpets plus sweep and mop floors
Requirements6
- 1Flexibility to work in shifts
- 2Ability to work with little or no supervision
- 3Excellent organization skills
- 4Preferred High School Diploma
- 5Work experience as a Room Attendant and Housekeeping Supervisor
- 6Experience with hotel cleaning standards and products
Salary Insight
$50 - $55k per year
