The Room Attendant maintains clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive courteous efficient service to all guests. This role owns daily cleaning tasks ensures overall guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do9
- 1Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- 2Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies cleaning supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- 3Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- 4Keep all hallways public areas and closets clean neat and vacuumed
- 5Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day
- 6Replenish chemical bottles
- 7Report all missing items from room such as irons/hair dryers to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- 8Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- 9Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
Requirements4
- 1High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- 2Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
- 3Ability to stand during entire shift
- 4Concrete experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
