Overview
The role owns housekeeping operations for a high‑end boutique hotel chain reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor at Janko Hospitality. This position drives guest satisfaction while supporting strategic expansion initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Clean and sanitize restrooms dust all surfaces and clean mirrors fixtures and floors
- 2Vacuum carpets upholstered furniture and draperies empty wastebaskets clean ashtrays and remove trash
- 3Sweep scrub and mop all areas dust and polish furniture and equipment
- 4Restock supplies such as glasses linens stationery and bathroom amenities
- 5Maintain linen closets organize inventory and ensure supply availability
- 6Ensure facility cleanliness across stairwells hallways vending areas outdoor corridors lobby break room fitness center laundry room public restrooms and other public spaces
- 7Complete housekeeping reports as required by housekeeping leadership
- 8Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
- 9Perform additional tasks assigned by management to enhance guest experience
- 10Greet and assist guests professionally while maintaining a courteous demeanor
- 11Report suspicious activity and protect guest property security
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading housekeeping teams
- 35+ years experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- 42-5 seasons managing multi‑property operations
- 5High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 6Ability to lift 30lbs with occasional 40lb lifts
- 7Mobility standing and walking throughout the day with limited sitting
- 8Physical Activity frequent reaching pushing pulling and bending
- 9Twisting of the body at the waist required
- 10Strong communication and customer service skills
