What You'll Do12
- 1Maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms and corridors following luxury brand standards
- 2Prepare rooms with detailed attention to bed making linen changes dusting vacuuming bathroom sanitation and amenity replenishment
- 3Greet guests professionally in corridors and public spaces offering assistance when appropriate
- 4Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests for extra towels pillows or amenities
- 5Monitor and report maintenance issues completing work orders accurately
- 6Notify supervisor of shortages in linens amenities or cleaning supplies
- 7Handle guest property discreetly and turn in lost and found items immediately
- 8Follow safety procedures using equipment and chemicals properly
- 9Maintain organized housekeeping carts closets and storage areas
- 10Review daily assignments and prioritize work to ensure timely room readiness
- 11Collaborate with team members to foster a positive professional environment
- 12Communicate unusual situations guest feedback or significant issues promptly
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading housekeeping teams
- 35+ years experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 45+ years working in hotel environments
- 5Certified in CPC Card
- 6BCBA certification preferred
- 7AWS Certified experience required
- 8Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- 9Professional communication abilities with a polished service-oriented demeanor
- 10Flexible availability for varied schedules including weekends and holidays
