What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain high cleanliness and organization in public areas guest corridors service areas and assigned rooms following Beacon Grand standards
- 2Assist Room Attendants by removing trash delivering linens and supporting special cleaning projects
- 3Deliver guest-requested items such as cribs rollaways extra linens towels and amenities promptly and courteously
- 4Clean and maintain lobbies elevators restrooms hallways stairwells and other guest areas dusting polishing furniture cleaning glass mirrors sweeping mopping vacuuming floors and carpets maintaining equipment and reporting issues
- 5Replenish housekeeping closets organizing supply rooms rotating linens and spot cleaning surfaces
- 6Follow lost and found procedures documenting items promptly
- 7Observe and report maintenance or safety issues completing work orders as required
- 8Adhere to safety sanitation policies and take corrective action when unsafe conditions are observed
- 9Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members reporting unusual situations guest concerns or operational issues
Requirements6
- 1Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently bending kneeling and reaching as required
- 2Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- 3Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred
- 4Professional courteous service-oriented demeanor communicating effectively in English
- 5Reliable punctual working flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 6Commitment to upholding Beacon Grand brand standards of cleanliness presentation and guest service
