What You'll Do8
- 1Build relationships with homeowners and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods
- 2Inspect roofs, document damage, and support insurance claims with clear, accurate information
- 3Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
- 4Meet with adjusters and represent homeowners to protect their interests
- 5Prepare proposals, contracts, and project timelines for approval
- 6Oversee projects from approval to completion and coordinate with crews
- 7Ensure quality control, address homeowner concerns, and conduct final walkthroughs
- 8Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
Requirements8
- 1Prior sales experience preferred roofing, construction, or insurance background
- 2Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- 3Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- 4Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 5Basic knowledge of construction or roofing is helpful but not required
