What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct deep-dive roof inspections using Google Workspace and CRM tools, documenting damage and delivering educational presentations that make signing today the obvious choice.
- 2Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process, breaking down complex policy language into actionable steps.
- 3Generate business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals, turning neighborhoods into communities.
- 4Close deals on-site using consultative selling techniques, then manage the relationship until the final nail is driven.
- 5Manage a pipeline of multiple appointments daily, updating quotes and follow-ups in the CRM to keep every lead warm.
- 6Own the full-cycle from first pitch to signed contract, ensuring the customer feels like a partner, not a sale.

Requirements7
- 1Valid Driver's License and clean driving record, with U.S. work authorization and a cleared background check.
- 2Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, move ladders, and safely inspect roofs for damage.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent, with previous sales experience preferred.
- 4Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and roofing software.
- 5A proven track record of consultative closing, not high-pressure tactics.
