Overview
Branex Group seeks a Mechanical Electrical Robotics Technician to join our Detroit team. This role involves assembling modifying integrating robots while ensuring quality compliance safety and proper tool management.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and calibrate robots using teach pendants and software updates
- 2Document all manufacturing steps and inprocess checks
- 3Assemble and secure robots according to engineering designs
- 4Operate robots during production cycles
- 5Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical electrical issues
- 6Disassemble products for shipping and maintain clean work areas
- 7Follow tool management procedures and safety protocols
- 8Maintain attendance reliability and professional appearance
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience with hand and power tools blueprint reading schematics
- 2Proficiency in automotive oil changes small engine repair construction
- 3Certified in AWS Certified or CPC Card
- 43-5 seasons of relevant technical work
- 5Strong knowledge of robot safety procedures lockout tagout
- 6Ability to learn manufacturing processes quickly
- 7Commitment to diversity inclusion policies
