What You'll Do11
- 1Provide technical maintenance and mechanical engineering support for engine and axle assembly lines
- 2Offer daily troubleshooting assistance for tooling and equipment breakdowns
- 3Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures for existing and future equipment
- 4Design and implement tooling for product changes
- 5Develop and implement assembly process methods
- 6Collaborate with purchasing and vendors to procure equipment
- 7Ensure equipment certification including gages torque guns and testers
- 8Create engineering drawings and perform common computations
- 9Interpret blueprints technical drawings schematics and computer generated reports
- 10Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software
- 11Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 22-4 years of relevant experience
- 3Ability to understand machine blueprints
- 4Experience with Computer Aided Design CAD
- 5Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
