Overview
Controls Field Service Engineer at Branex Group Detroit Michigan onsite payroll. Seeking skilled professional to support installation commissioning troubleshooting maintenance of advanced automated manufacturing equipment. Hands-on customer-facing technical role with growth path to Site Manager leadership.
What You'll Do9
- 1Diagnose troubleshoot repair complex industrial control systems including PLCs CNC controllers drive systems industrial networks
- 2Commission new automated equipment at customer sites ensuring full system functionality and performance validation
- 3Perform preventative maintenance machine upgrades emergency service support
- 4Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints technical documentation
- 5Use diagnostic tools multi-meters software tools to identify resolve electrical control issues
- 6Provide operator maintenance training to customer teams
- 7Interface directly with customers suppliers internal engineering teams to ensure project service alignment
- 8Maintain compliance safety policies procedures at all times
- 9Additional duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience industrial automation field service controls engineering
- 2Strong troubleshooting experience PLCs CNC systems industrial controls
- 3Ability read interpret electrical schematics technical drawings
- 4Experience commissioning servicing automated manufacturing equipment
- 5Proficiency diagnostic tools control system troubleshooting
- 6Strong problem-solving skills independent work field
- 7Excellent customer communication interpersonal skills
- 8Proficiency Microsoft Office
- 9Ability extended shifts weekends required
- 10Must meet US export control compliance requirements U.S Person defined by 22 CFR
