Requirements7
- 12+ years of nursing experience with a current RN license in Texas.
- 2Charge nurse experience directing shift operations and delegating tasks.
- 3Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- 4BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- 5Strong communication and leadership skills to guide diverse teams.
- 6Preferred: previous leadership experience, MSN, or nursing specialty board certification.
- 7Familiarity with medical software and basic computer operations.
