The RN will provide high quality patient care in the PCU at a Mesa facility with travel compensation. You will collaborate with the healthcare team and uphold professional standards. What You'll Do10
- 1Provide direct patient care in the PCU to meet patient needs
- 2Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate care
- 3Monitor and document patient status, respond to changes in condition
- 4Administer medications and treatments per care plans
- 5Ensure patient safety and infection control standards on every shift
- 6Attend unit huddles and participate in care planning meetings
- 7Assist with patient throughput and discharge planning as needed
- 8Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records
- 9Support quality improvement initiatives within the PCU unit
- 10Comply with licensing, credentialing, and facility policies
Requirements5
- 1Active, unrestricted license in the state of assignment
- 2Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant PCU experience
- 3Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the hiring facility for travel eligibility
- 4Nursing degree from an accredited program
- 5Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ and adapt to unit needs
