Requirements10
- 1Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a BSN
- 2Current RN license in the state of practice
- 3Three years of clinical nursing experience in oncology or related fields
- 4Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- 5Oncology Certified Nurse certification or ability to obtain within a timeframe
- 6Physical stamina to move throughout clinical and office environments
- 7Ability to document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- 8Proficiency in computer systems for care coordination and documentation
- 9Commitment to remaining seated or standing for extended periods
- 10Experience recognizing patient needs and responding to urgent situations
