Requirements10

  • 1Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a BSN
  • 2Current RN license in the state of practice
  • 3Three years of clinical nursing experience in oncology or related fields
  • 4Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • 5Oncology Certified Nurse certification or ability to obtain within a timeframe
  • 6Physical stamina to move throughout clinical and office environments
  • 7Ability to document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
  • 8Proficiency in computer systems for care coordination and documentation
  • 9Commitment to remaining seated or standing for extended periods
  • 10Experience recognizing patient needs and responding to urgent situations
