Overview
Lead patient navigation at Levine Children`s Genetics Metabolic Clinic. Own the continuum of care from diagnosis through ongoing treatment. Serve as patient advocate and liaison ensuring families access necessary resources while driving efficiency and quality of care.

Requirements9
- 1Graduate of Board of Nursing approved program
- 2Current RN license with BSN required
- 3Two years related experience
- 4Preferred Pediatric Nursing Certification
- 5Specialized genetics certification within two years
- 6BLS certification preferred
- 7Experience in care coordination or patient navigation
- 8Strong communication and advocacy skills
- 9Ability to work in high-volume pediatric setting
