What You'll Do7
- 1Assess patient physical and emotional needs and document findings promptly
- 2Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals in collaboration with families
- 3Implement evidence-based interventions and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- 4Document assessments and evaluations accurately and timely
- 5Supervise staff and ensure continuity of care across shifts
- 6Participate in research and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- 7Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing validation
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in RN Labor and Delivery
- 2Sparkle with Airflow and ETL pipelines
- 3Valid RN license and BLS certification
- 4Arizona fingerprint clearance required for BSS roles
- 5Ability to operate personal vehicle for home health assignments
