What You'll Do9
- 1Assess newborn bonding and family support needs during the Golden Hour
- 2Implement care plans aligned with CPC Card standards
- 3Coordinate with obstetricians and anesthesia for comprehensive labor management

- 5Lead night shift debriefs and improve patient outcomes
- 6Mentor new graduates and foster shared leadership
- 7Drive adoption of Kubernetes for internal analytics platforms
- 8Ensure compliance with BCBA guidelines for neonatal care
- 9Maintain documentation accuracy using AWS Certified practices
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current RN license in Arizona or compact license
- 3Experience in acute care hospital setting
- 4Valid BLS certification
- 5Familiarity with Woman's Services department protocols
- 6Minimum 12‑month commitment for sign‑on bonus eligibility
- 7Ability to work flexible night shifts with differential pay
