Overview
We seek a Registered Nurse to deliver emergency care on a PRN basis during nights at our Flower Mound location. This role offers a supportive team environment within a modern facility with high-tech equipment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain clinical workflows using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design and implement patient care protocols aligned with unit standards
- 3Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes within the first 90 days
- 4Ship and manage medication administration processes
- 5Debug clinical documentation systems and resolve technical issues
- 6Drive continuous improvement projects focused on patient safety
- 7Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- 8Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
- 9Provide compassionate care while respecting patient dignity
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year of ER experience required
- 3BCLS certification obtained before independent patient care
- 4ACLS certification completed within 90 days of hire
- 5PALS certification required within 90 days
- 6Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 7Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 8Valid Texas RN license with current certification
- 9Current BCLS and ACLS certifications maintained throughout employment
- 10Ability to work flexible night shifts with minimal advance notice
