What You'll Do11
- 1Build and delegate patient assignments while maintaining high-quality care
- 2Design discharge plans and manage length of stay reviews
- 3Round with surgeons and assign surgery beds according to schedule
- 4Oversee emergency department operations and waiting room management
- 5Conduct daily nursing process evaluations and provide peer coaching
- 6Lead interdisciplinary communication and patient handoffs
- 7Collaborate with supervisors to optimize bed flow and resource allocation
- 8Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- 9Mentor junior staff and develop team members through preceptorship
- 10Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies
- 11Drive patient-centered care through interdisciplinary teamwork
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- 3BCBA certification
- 4Associates Nursing degree or higher
- 5Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- 6Proven leadership in acute care settings
- 7Certification in Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- 8Experience with surgical unit management
- 9Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- 10Ability to work flexible night shifts
