What You'll Do10
- 1Own patient flow and surgical scheduling for evening shifts

- 5Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- 6Precept new hires and support staff development
- 7Drive quality improvement initiatives for patient outcomes
- 8Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical decision making
- 9Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- 10Participate in shared governance committees
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified Solutions Architect credential
- 3Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- 4Stroke care certification with NIHSS knowledge
- 5Basic Life Support certification and unit-specific credentials
- 6Arizona RN licensure and state compact membership
- 7Proven leadership experience with float pool assignments
- 8Certification in cardiac or critical care nursing
- 9Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- 10Strong communication skills for patient and family education
