Staff RN - Medical/Surgical/Trauma (Nights)
Overview
OhioHealth Corporation seeks a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive care across medical surgical and trauma units during night shifts. You will partner with a high reliability organization to support diverse patient populations while maintaining safety quality and operational efficiency.

- 1Conduct thorough assessments to identify health status and functional needs
- 2Develop and implement care plans aligned with nursing diagnoses and patient goals

- 4Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient management
- 5Document patient encounters and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly
- 6Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes and safety metrics
- 7Participate in unit-based training programs to enhance clinical competencies
- 8Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
- 9Maintain accurate documentation and communicate critical patient information effectively
- 10Adapt care approaches to meet individual patient preferences and cultural considerations
- 11Contribute to staffing and workflow optimization within the surgical unit
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in acute care nursing
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency for data analysis tasks
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified cloud computing knowledge beneficial
- 6Associates degree in Nursing required
- 7Current BLS certification with American Heart Association
- 8RN license from Ohio Board of Nursing
- 9Demonstrated ability to work night shifts in fast-paced environments
- 10Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
