What You'll Do10

  • 1Support counterparty risk analysis alongside Sales Trading and Credit Officers across client portfolios
  • 2Operate in a fast‑paced environment managing workload and collaborating to achieve team outcomes
  • 3Perform deep dives on exposure topics and advise Credit Officers on methodology changes
  • 4Contribute to exposure methodology and policy updates through stakeholder partnerships
  • 5Manage firmwide initiatives that enhance exposure metrics and technical capabilities
  • 6Identify monitor and report inherent risks with strong ownership and follow‑through
  • 7Drive risk appetite views and provide credible challenges to business stakeholders
  • 8Partner with front‑office credit risk and operations teams to evaluate limit sizing
  • 9Drive adoption of AI‑enabled approaches to improve workflows
  • 10Collaborate with quantitative research and technology teams to refine exposure tools

Requirements11

  • 13+ years experience in risk management quantitative finance financial engineering or data analytics
  • 2Working knowledge of OTC derivatives across multiple asset classes
  • 3Basic to moderate coding proficiency in Python Tableau or Alteryx
  • 4Strong execution via listening collaboration and objective delivery
  • 5Proficiency with Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • 6Familiarity with AI prompt design and training techniques
  • 7Excellent organization control project management communication and negotiation skills
  • 8Ability to work independently with limited guidance
  • 9Chartered Financial Analyst or Financial Risk Manager certification
  • 10Strong accountability self‑motivation and independent problem solving
  • 11Ability to defend risk judgments with clear rationale
