Revit Modeler, Electrical for Semiconductor Tool Install
Overview
Own electrical Revit modeling for semiconductor fab and advanced manufacturing clients at scale within a cross-disciplinary design team. You will manage linked models and work sets, build Revit families for conduit and tool interfaces, and collaborate in weekly Navisworks clash coordination sessions. The role emphasizes QA/QC, change control, and documenting model updates through closeout. This position offers AI powered productivity tools and a pathway from modeling to design support.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and refine Revit models and families to improve speed and consistency across the tool install program
- 2Run clash detection in Navisworks, track issues, and report progress to project managers and engineers of record
- 3Participate in BIM kickoffs and multi discipline coordination sessions with architecture, structural, mechanical, process, and controls teams
- 4Perform self checks, support QA/QC reviews, and ensure model and specification alignment
- 5Maintain document control and collaboration in Autodesk Construction Cloud including issue tracking and transmittals
- 6Prepare as built and record model updates at closeout and support turnover documentation
- 7Contribute to lessons learned and content library improvements after each package release
- 8Shift into active electrical design support when demand dips, assisting with layouts, routes, and calculations
- 9Route ductwork and piping to meet codes and maintainability in congested fab spaces
- 10Assist with RFI responses, submittals, and shop drawing reviews during construction administration
Requirements5
- 1Associate degree or technical certificate in electrical design or related field
- 2Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or engineering technology welcome
- 3Working knowledge of Revit for electrical modeling including families and linked models
- 4Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360
- 5Exposure to Dynamo or Python scripting for Revit automation is a plus
