What You'll Do10

  • 1Standardize front desk workflows across locations, covering registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and collections.
  • 2Train and mentor front desk staff to ensure consistent adherence to company standards.

  • 4Monitor front desk operational metrics and recommend changes to boost efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • 5Act as the primary liaison to the billing company (AAAMB), managing communication on claims, denials, and accounts receivable.
  • 6Review billing company performance metrics and hold regular meetings to ensure progress toward revenue goals.
  • 7Collaborate with the billing company to resolve revenue cycle challenges and support payer contract reviews.
  • 8Analyze revenue trends and implement corrective actions to reduce denials, preventable refunds, and underpayments.
  • 9Develop financial dashboards and provide insightful analysis to executive leadership on revenue and operational performance.
  • 10Lead cross-functional projects focused on revenue generation and operational efficiency.

Requirements9

  • 13-5 years in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or medical billing.
  • 2Deep understanding of healthcare billing, payer requirements, and reimbursement processes.
  • 3Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • 4Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • 5Experience with healthcare practice management systems and EMR platforms.
  • 6Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • 7Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • 8Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high accuracy.
  • 9Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
