What You'll Do7

  • 1Reconcile daily lockbox correspondence and match it to patient accounts using Microsoft Excel and PDF editing tools like Adobe and Foxit.
  • 2Route correspondence to the appropriate RCM team and attach documentation to patient records in eCW-RCM.
  • 3Ensure timely handoff of correspondence to Advocare RCM and eCW-RCM teams, meeting daily deadlines.
  • 4Maintain departmental files, reports, and records, verifying accuracy with Outlook and Word.
  • 5Monitor assigned work queues and follow up on unresolved items to close gaps in the first 90 days.
  • 6Communicate system and site issues to the RCM Manager within the same day, using Excel trackers to log issues.
  • 7Assist with departmental projects to improve workflows and reduce costs by 10%.

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • 21+ years in administrative support or office operations.
  • 3Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 4Experience with PDF editing software such as Adobe or Foxit.
  • 5Prior experience in healthcare or physician billing is preferred.
  • 6Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
