What You'll Do5
- 1Build trust with customers through clear, empathetic communication and personalized service
- 2Design and execute diagnostic and repair steps on consumer electronics to support troubleshooting
- 3Lead upsell of Asurion products and services using the Serve, Solve, Sell technique
- 4Ship repairs and troubleshooting tasks to resolve customer issues within 90 days and meet sales targets
- 5Own multitasking in a retail setting by balancing repairs, sales, and customer inquiries
Requirements5
- 11 year of customer service or retail sales experience
- 2Ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard and valued
- 3Basic knowledge of electronic devices nice to have
- 4Flexibility to work retail store hours and multitask
- 5Willingness to learn and complete paid training
