Electronics Department Associate, Retail Tech & Customer Service
Overview
Own the customer experience on the salesfloor and support entertainment merchandize in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, recommend products based on preferences, and ensure displays stay current throughout the day. This role combines tech-savvy guidance with hands-on merchandizing and loss prevention awareness. You’ll work with a team to create a welcoming store environment and contribute to sales goals.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with customers to understand needs and recommend merchandise electronics products
- 2Move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and maintain display quality and organization
- 3Assist customers on the salesfloor and provide product information and demonstrations
- 4Ensure entertainment displays are updated and visually appealing throughout shifts
- 5Collaborate with team to meet daily sales goals and provide input on stock availability
- 6Assist with checkout flow and promote store promotions
- 7Support inventory processes and assist with product replenishment
- 8Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area and aisles
- 9Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service
- 10Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues when appropriate
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- 3Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 4Availability for full-time shifts including mid-shift and closing
- 5Basic tech literacy and comfort with recommending electronics products
