What You'll Do8
- 1Create and maintain a warm inviting easy-to-navigate shopping environment
- 2Form and sustain relationships with customers providing excellent service
- 3Build and share expertise on products promotions services and brand rewards programs
- 4Help customers find perfect cards and gifts fulfilling their missions of caring and connecting
- 5Share stories and communities of caring to reinforce cycles of kindness
- 6Make interactions easy and convenient handling product replenishment merchandising ringing sales processing shipments managing inventory and more
- 7Deliver exceptional consumer shopping experiences leaving guests inspired enabled affirmed and eager to return
- 8Work as a team to meet sales goals ensuring each customer leaves with everything needed and a few things they didn't know they needed
Requirements12
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2Flexible schedule meeting business needs including events holidays evenings and weekends
- 3Ability to stand walk push pull occasionally bend stoop crawl reach above shoulders kneel and climb a ladder carrying up to 40 pounds
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5One or more years of previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- 6Strong customer focused engagement and consultative selling skills
- 7Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- 8Demonstrated success working as part of a team
- 9Ability to receive feedback and act appropriately
- 10Strong sense of urgency flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
- 11Desire and ability to learn the business
- 12Proficiency and comfort using a computer and other technology
