You will own the guest experience at our POS and sales floor in a high-traffic resort shop, driving daily sales and repeat business. You will work with a small team of 5-10 in a family-owned operation serving Loews Portofino Bay Hotel guests. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests and guide product selection for resort apparel and gifts, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- 2Operate the POS system for accurate transactions, returns, and exchanges.

- 4Assist with inventory counts and report low-stock items to management.
- 5Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a service-first mindset.
- 6Collaborate with teammates during peak periods to keep lines moving and shelves full.
- 7Upsell complementary items to boost average transaction value.
Requirements6
- 11+ year retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 2Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
- 3Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak resort seasons.
- 4Strong communication skills in English; second language a plus.
- 5Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
