Retail Associate, Wellness Resort & Spa
Overview
You will own the retail guest experience at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa, a top-ranked destination spa in Phoenix, AZ. You will check out guests, recommend wellness products, and keep the Fitness Center retail area thriving. Your team includes the spa and retail staff, and you will report directly to the retail manager. What You'll Do7
- 1Check out guests for retail purchases using the POS system, educating them on recommended products from the spa team and Fitness Center items.
- 2Verify all account postings and balances daily to ensure guest accounts are accurate and credit information stays current.
- 3Assist in monthly inventory projects, counting stock and reconciling counts against system records.
- 4Recommend products based on guest needs, leveraging knowledge of health and wellness trends to drive sales.
- 5Greet and assist guests in the retail space, answering questions and resolving issues on the spot.
- 6Maintain a clean, organized retail floor, restocking shelves and displays to match brand standards.
- 7Coordinate with the spa team to align retail offerings with ongoing wellness programs and promotions.
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- 2Previous hotel or resort experience preferred, but not required.
- 3Willing to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, within 8am-8pm.
- 4Must have reliable transportation to and from the resort.
- 5Ability to stand for long periods of time during shifts.
- 6Knowledge or passion for health and wellness, with the ability to speak credibly about products.
