You will own the front-of-house experience at Spavia Cedar Knolls, greeting guests and managing appointments in a luxury spa setting. You will drive membership and retail sales while maintaining a serene reception area. Working on a small team, you will partner with estheticians and managers to deliver five-star service. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet and assist guests as they arrive, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- 2Schedule appointments and answer phones, managing the front desk with precision.
- 3Educate guests on treatments, memberships, and retail products, recommending based on their needs.
- 4Sell memberships and retail products, earning extra commission on each sale.
- 5Maintain a pristine spa, retail space, and reception area, ensuring every detail is flawless.
- 6Collaborate with the team to uphold a respectful, kind, and professional culture.
- 7Handle guest check-in and check-out, processing payments and updating records.
- 8Promote upcoming promotions and events to boost engagement and repeat visits.
- 9Support daily operations by preparing rooms and assisting with amenity setup.
Requirements7
- 11+ years in guest services or sales, preferably in spa or retail
- 2Proven ability to multitask and communicate articulately
- 3Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
- 4Calm, caring energy and a passion for helping others
- 5Availability for weekend and evening shifts
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Eligibility to work in the United States
