Spa Sales Associate, Membership Sales & Customer Service
Overview
You will own the membership sales process at a busy Hand & Stone spa, driving new sign-ups and retention while delivering a top-tier client experience. You'll work alongside a tight-knit team of estheticians and front desk staff, reporting to the spa manager. This role offers flexible shifts, commission pay, and a clear path to management for those who hit their numbers.
What You'll Do7
- 1Hit monthly membership sales targets by greeting every guest and pitching membership benefits.
- 2Learn the full menu of services and confidently explain each offering to clients.
- 3Build lasting client relationships through personalized follow-ups and service recommendations.
- 4Communicate ongoing promotions and service packages to walk-ins and phone inquiries.
- 5Answer phones, book appointments, and update client records in the scheduling system.
- 6Keep the front desk and retail area spotless, upholding spa cleanliness standards.
- 7Assist managers with daily administrative tasks, including inventory counts and cash reconciliation.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 218+ years old, with legal work authorization in the U.S.
- 3Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- 6Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
