Lead a team to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and collaborate as a unit. Create positive internal and external customer experiences and model exceptional service. Promote honesty and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design merchandising strategies using Python and React
- 2Lead and ship inventory using AWS and Kubernetes
- 3Own and scale operations through effective logistics and backroom management
- 4Drive productivity by training Associates and coaching them on merchandising principles
- 5Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
- 6Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain efficient flow of goods
- 7Monitor team productivity and coach as necessary
- 8Organize and rotate backstock for easy replenishment
- 9Maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- 10Uphold organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom
- 11Promote recycling and hazardous waste programs
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of leadership experience
- 3Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- 4Ability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction
- 5Team player who works well with peers and supervisors
- 6Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- 71 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- 8Commitment to diversity and collaborative work environment
