Overview
Lead execution of receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively as a team. Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging customers and maintaining a clean organized store. Promote a culture of honesty and integrity.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design processes to ship merchandise onto the sales floor
- 2Design and maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- 3Scale operations through effective coordination with the Coordinator on Duty
- 4Drive productivity and coach associates as needed
- 5Organize and rotate backstock for easy replenishment
- 6Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
- 7Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- 8Communicate accurately with management and associates regarding priorities
- 9Partner with management on associate training needs
- 10Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction initiatives
- 11Support store safety awareness and environmental programs
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- 3Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes
- 4Team player who works effectively with peers and supervisors
- 5Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- 61 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- 7Ability to train others
- 8Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends
- 9Strong ability to handle unexpected situations
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and development
