What You'll Do8
- 1Drive store sales by modeling customer-first service and assisting with point-of-sale transactions.
- 2Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
- 3Ensure the sales floor stays presentable and inviting, restocking jewelry displays to match Lovisa visual standards.
- 4Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet individual and store targets.
- 5Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- 6Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocktakes and merchandise transfers to keep shelves full.
- 7Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating clearly and collaborating on tasks.
- 8Uphold company policies and loss prevention procedures to protect assets and maintain security.
Requirements7
- 11+ years prior experience in retail or hospitality.
- 2Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment.
