Overview
As a Keyholder at Lovisa in the Beverly Center, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in hitting store targets and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. You'll join a fashion-forward jewelry brand moving 150+ new styles weekly, backed by a global team spanning 20 countries. This role lets you perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while growing with one of Australia's fastest retail brands.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive store sales by supporting your team in achieving daily and weekly targets during first 90 days.
- 2Keep the store presentable and inviting, restocking jewelry displays as new styles arrive.
- 3Coach team members on customer service techniques to deliver an exceptional experience.
- 4Open or close the store using POS procedures, managing cash and security.
- 5Solve customer issues with confidence, turning challenges into repeat business.
- 6Maintain visual merchandising standards, following brand guidelines for fashion displays.
- 7Support inventory counts and process deliveries to keep shelves stocked with new styles.

- 2Prior retail or hospitality experience proven in a high-volume environment.
