Overview
Own sales performance and customer experience at a fast-paced retail location in Phoenix. You will lead by example as a top-performing salesperson while supporting floor moves, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures. Work with a team focused on exceptional service and strong category presentation. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, commissions, and incentives.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build customer relationships to drive sales and meet performance benchmarks
- 2Lead floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping to maintain an organized environment
- 3Assist with opening and closing procedures and shift operations
- 4Deliver exceptional customer service in a bilingual English/Spanish environment
- 5Maintain a clean, customer-friendly sales floor and achieve at least 35% PL and 2.0 UPT within 90 days
- 6Support with inventory and floor resets as needed

- 1Retail experience required
- 2Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
- 4Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 5Driver’s license preferred
- 6High school or equivalent education (preferred)
- 72 years retail sales experience (required)
- 8Tempe, AZ commute required
