Retail Banking Associate, Banking Services & Customer Support
Overview
Own front line customer service responsibilities at a local bank with a focus on small business and consumer products available through a virtual portal. You will support account openings, deposits and withdrawals, and cross-sell bank products while assisting clients and collaborating with the Business Development Officer. This role operates in person in Philadelphia with standard business hours, and offers immediate start through a temp-to-hire arrangement. What You'll Do9
- 1Build customer relationships by processing account openings, deposits, and withdrawals
- 2Cross-sell bank products to meet client needs
- 3Provide technical support to the Business Development Officer with clients
- 4Process branch transactions including deposits and withdrawals
- 5Monitor exception items and returns to ensure proper recording and processing
- 6Open and close branch when required
- 7Reconcile daily work including balancing coin and Check21 scans
- 8Review daily and monthly reports for action items and follow up
- 9Maintain system information including changes in customer data
Requirements5
- 1Two years of experience as a teller and CSR in a retail banking environment
- 2Experience with new account systems
- 3Training in bank compliance
- 4Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- 5Availability for M-F 8:45am to 4:00pm in person
